Cranberry liqueur from southern coastal Oregon adds a subtle tart sweetness.

Brownsteine

A riff on the classic Manhattan with a middle-eastern twist. Smoky with a hint of savory spice. What an American spy drinks at a bathhouse in Turkey.

Dash of Scrappy’s Cardomom Bitters
Dash of Scrappy’s Aromatic Bitters
Dried orange wheel to garnish

Martini De La Frontera

A dry seaside take on the classic martini. Salty and fresh with stunted optimism. A statement cocktail that does not say too much but says just enough.

1½ oz Lustau Fino Jarana
Dash of Scrappy’s Burnt Lemon Bitters
Dried lemon wheel to garnish
--------------------
For one serving:
Pour half (3oz) the contents of your Martini bottle over ice in a glass, add a dash of bitters and stir briskly for 30-45 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a dried lemon wheel.

¾ oz Simple Syrup
Dried lime wheel to garnish
--------------------

lambo spritz

A spritz perfect for any season. Berry blast with a hint of orange zest. A bit darker and dirtier than its sunny sister, the classic Lambrusco spritz.

1 oz Soda
Dash of Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
Dried orange wheel to garnish
