Ahmed (Suli) Suliman, a first-generation Sudanese immigrant, fell in love with Seattle 15 years ago. After having worked at Seattle’s acclaimed restaurant Sitka and Spruce, Suli quickly realized his calling. Salare, Vendemmia, Manolin, Single Shot, Jarrbar, and Homer are just a few of the restaurants and bars that he helped operate to great successes. Suli’s ability to create a wonderful drink and capture his audience helped cultivate an environment that makes you want to always have a second drink, at least! A vastly knowledgeable and professional individual with a passion for hospitality and quality libations, Suli is a powerful presence in the Seattle cocktail and wine scene and will be for years to come.
